Let's look at one item to be released in 2023 and recently announced: The official Diablo cookbook.
Previously Blizzard launched "World of Warcraft: The Official Cookbook," which has received good reviews. To make "Diablo 4" hotter, the Official would like to launch "Diablo" recipes to attract more attention.
Publishers Simon & Schuster have announced that the official Diablo cookbook is set to be released on October 24, 2023.
The Official Cookbook features more than 60 recipes for food and drink, many of which are named after Diablo locations, such as Tristram and Yaret Plateau.
Here is a statement from Simon & Schuster on what to expect from the book:
"Take a culinary journey through the dark fantasy world of Sanctuary with Diablo: The Official Cookbook, a flavorful compilation of recipes inspired by Blizzard Entertainments' iconic series."
Published by Insight Editions, the 192-page book comes out on October 24. Pre-orders are currently open, priced at $34.99.
The Official said: From the humble town of Tristram to the towering Mount Arreat, you'll learn how to survive the horrors of this dark, nightmarish fantasy world by enjoying delicious dishes and drinks from the Burning Hells to the heavens".
Although there isn't much detail about the specific dishes and drinks that readers can find now. It did hint that recipes will be perfect for solo dining and full-on dinner parties. Fans may also see similar in-game potion drinks of different levels or meals named after the seven great demons.
We'll also be able to make liquids, so I'm expecting us to make healing potions, mana potions, and rejuvenation options and delve into how they taste and why our heroes can't get enough of them.
In another statement by the publisher, "Each immersive recipe features straightforward step-by-step instructions, mouthwatering full-color photos, pairing suggestions, as well as numerous substitution tips." I plan on buying this and making some recipes for everyone to see.
